You’ll work under our construction manager’s direction, alongside a close-knit team of other skilled laborers and tradesmen, to bring our construction plans to life. Responsibilities: Comply with all instructions given by the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately Load, unload, and transfer tools and building materials such as lumber, tile, saws, sheetrock, grout, etc. • Complete on-site work according to specifications • Use power tools and other tools to complete work • Understand construction scope • Complete construction repair, remodeling, and renovation projects • Follow all safety rules and protocols Qualifications: This position relies on physical strength and stamina Solid mechanical skills are needed, as are good eye-hand coordination and depth perception • Rough and Finish Carpentry • Cabinet and countertop installations • Window and door installations • Positive attitude and a desire to lead and teach others • Self-motivated, team player, and customer-focused • Strong attention to detail and a high level of quality Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly DOE
