Here's what your day could look like:

• Develop a pipeline of candidates that have the right credentials for open positions at highly regarded firms.
• Conduct interviews with candidates and build a deep understanding of their backgrounds and interests, establishing a strong professional connection with them.
• Represent candidates throughout the recruitment cycle – source, assess, prepare them for interviews, and coach them as they evaluate their career opportunities.
• Partner with colleagues and clients to effectively onboard placements at our clients.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree. Major in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred, not required.
• High energy, strong commitment, and excellent communication skills
• The discipline to work hard with a strong desire to win – demonstrated success being part of a team during college strongly preferred.
• Ability to leverage various tools and technology to drive workflow efficiency.
• A customer-focused orientation, positive attitude, flexible mindset, and a commitment to working hard and having fun!
