We are representing a highly successful ~$50B+ Private Equity firm looking to make a growth hire on their newly launched fund. You'll work cross-functionally and have high exposure to deal professionals, IR team, fund analytics/modeling, asset valuations, and various ad hoc projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Valuations - assist with the valuations of portfolio including verification of inputs and assumptions of 3rd party vendors.
• Finance & Operations - assist in the structuring, execution and monitoring of investment transactions as well as the preparation of investor reports
• Transactions & Investor Requests - interact with investors on a periodic basis and produce and analyze a variety of ad hoc analysis
• Accounting & Reporting - detail review of NAV, valuations, various credit facilities, shareholder activity, and financial statements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compensation is extremely competitive- up to $275K all-in based on experience. Additional benefits include a hybrid work schedule, 401k match, 100% covered medical benefits, & daily meal stipends.
