    Job Description:

    Our client is a successful Private Equity firm seeking a Talent Coordinator to assist in the facilitation of recruiting and onboarding new hires, as well as provide administrative support to the talent team. This role provides an opportunity to work with the Talent Development department and the opportunity to work in a comprehensive role supporting in an HR, and administrative function.

    Job Responsibilites:

    • Manage calendars, conference calls, book appointments and conference rooms for the team
    • Coordinate all travel arrangements for the team
    • Process expense reports for team members as well as submit invoices
    • Manage phone coverage and set up conference calls
    • Book travel for interviewees as well as hotel accommodations
    • Organize drug screens and background checks for newly hired candidates
    • Have a high sense of discretion when handling sensitive information
    • Take on ad hoc requests as assigned

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment
    • Strong multi-tasking ability
    • Ability to build relationships with vendors, clients, and brokers
    • Strong communication skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Superior time management skills
