Our client in the venture capital space is seeking an Administrative Assistant with at least 3 years of experience to support multiple individuals in the Legal and Compliance department. The ideal candidate will have high high standards, excellent communication skills, and be proactive. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and catering
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Word processing including assisting with the preparation of legal documents for review and approval
- Coordinates department use of document management system
- Files correspondence, compliance reports, and legal documents in filing system
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years working as an administrative assistant supporting multiple professionals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
