    Job Description: As the Executive Assistant to the Head of Investor Relations, you will play a critical role in supporting our investor relations efforts and providing high-level administrative support. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information will be crucial in this position. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments for the Head of Investor Relations, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while proactively addressing any changes or issues that may arise
    • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and other investor-related materials with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Maintain and update investor contact databases, ensuring information is current and accurate
    • Assist in the coordination and preparation of investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up activities
    • Act as a primary point of contact for investors, managing incoming inquiries and requests, and providing timely and professional responses
    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of investor communications, reports, and presentations
    • Conduct research and gather information on market trends, investor profiles, and competitor analysis to support the investor relations function
    • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new investors, ensuring all necessary documentation and due diligence requirements are met
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination with investors
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive investor information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
    • Provide general administrative support, such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and file management

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
    • Experience running Investor Events/Annual meetings - Heavily preferred
    • 5-15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the private equity industry or financial services sector
    • Strong knowledge of investor relations practices and procedures
    • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
    • Discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
    • Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain a professional demeanor
    • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
