    Job Title: Administrative Assistant to Top Political and Government Affairs Consulting Firm supporting their Committee Team (2-4 Years).

    Job Description Your exceptional organizational skills and close attention to detail will be vital in this position. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Committee Team and contribute to the overall success of our firm. Along with other admin responsibilities, the main job focus is high-volume heavy calendar management/scheduling between clients, government/city officials, and internal team members, and maintaining the client database.

    Role is 5 days in office - the office is located in the Inwood/Washington heights section of NYC.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Scheduling Meetings, Sending Meeting Reminders, Tracking Meetings
    • Managing client data base
    • Note Taking for meetings with Government Officials or hearings
    • Drafting Memos and Briefings for Clients
    • General Office Management
    • Manage Daily Office Calendar
    • Answering Phones/Taking Messages for staff

    Qualifications:

    • Fluency in Spanish
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      • New York City agency and/or City Council experience strongly preferred
