Job Description:
Our client is a top ten real estate developer in the US and has a highly successful residential real estate team. They are currently looking for an Administrative & Operations Assistant to help both with some general office support as well as responding to client inquiries, performance and data management, RFPs, and written and verbal client communications / pitches.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for answering phones for the CEO and CFO of a 35 person firm
• Assemble board packages for co-op and condo purchases and building purchases
• Maintain client / contact databases and mailing lists
• Assist with marketing programs and email campaigns
• Maintain, update, and post to social media sites
• Coordinate and organize appointments and calendar
• Back office support, including bookkeeping, filing and bill paying
• Supervision of student internship programs
Job Requirements:
• Comfort with administrative and logistical details
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with computers (PC) and Windows applications as well MS Word, Excel, Power Point desirable.
• Tech savvy (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Team player attitude coupled with positive outlook
• Excellent research, writing and communication skills
• Organized, efficient and friendly
• Work well independently and collaboratively
