    Job Description:

    Our client is an innovative Finance firm that has a global reach and boasts over $50B assets under management. They are a fast-paced firm looking to bring in an Administrative Assistant to assist several members of the management team. This firm is known for not only being an industry leader, but also providing opportunity for continued development to employees at all levels.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide high level support to team of professionals
    • Manage multiple calendars; schedule complex meetings
    • Answer incoming calls and route accordingly
    • Schedule conference calls, web meetings, and video conferences as needed
    • Manage complex travel needs for team members; prepare itineraries and necessary documents
    • Process expense reports
    • Manage attendance records for team members
    • General knowledge of business' portfolio companies and who’s who within and outside of the firm.
    • Assist and provide back-up coverage for admin team members and other team professionals as needed
    • Complete various projects as needed
    • Assist with meeting room set-up/clean up

    Job Requirements:

    • Three to five years of experience in a professional office environment
    • College degree preferred
    • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a variety of individuals within and outside of the firm
    • Ability to maintain consistency
    • Pro-active self-starter who can anticipate needs
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to prioritize; excellent time management skills
    • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
    • Ability to work independently
    • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
