The Business Development Representative will report to the Operations Manager of Caring Transitions of Cleveland Western Suburbs.
Job Overview
Primary function of this position is to manage day to day marketing activities for Caring Transitions. Develop and nurture referral partner relationships with Senior Living Communities, Realtors, Senior Placement Agencies, Estate/Elder Law Attorneys and other Elder Care Professionals.
Serve as the main point of contact with referral sources and potential clients. Work closely with our team to identify and analyze client’s needs and wants. Take increasing responsibility for the overall brand awareness to inform the referral partners and community on the services Caring Transitions offers.
Improve and expand the Caring Transitions business through innovation, implementation, documentation and quantification of our marketing process. Success of the position will be defined as increased market place awareness and building quality referral partner relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Develop relationships with networking and referral source partners through regular meetings, phone calls, and electronic communications.
· Manage and improve lead generation as well as assist in converting leads to sales.
· Sell service packages that meet the needs, wants and objectives of senior clients.
· Schedule and present at trade shows, public education events, and networking events.
· Work with management to originate content and success stories for business communications, social media, referral partners, public education and media relations.
· Develop and implement marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.
· Understand, discover and leverage strategic business opportunities and partnerships.
· Maintain effective internal communications regarding marketing functions and activities.
