Urgently Hiring - Northeast Power Dry is hiring a Sales Specialist Job Supervisor for a full-time position.

Remote Sales- Dispatched from home: All appointments are scheduled by our dispatching coordinators, no cold calling! **** You will be dispatched from home and will go right to the job site. You will only need to come into the office for scheduled meetings.

As a Sales Specialist Job Supervisor, you will determine the scope of work and provide estimates to homeowners in their times of need. Our customer service team pre-screens, pre-qualifies and sets up appointments with customers for the Sales Support/Area Manager with the help of our dispatch department. This position requires no cold calling but high sales techniques to complete the “one visit close” in-home appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)

• Work remotely to meet with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates.

• Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need

• Execute top-notch customer service as a Sales Operation Manager

• Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job

• Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers

• Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs

• Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems.

• Basic Math

• 3+ years of sales experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software

• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
