Urgently Hiring - Northeast Power Dry is urgently hiring a Sales Representative/ Project Manager for a full-time position in NJ.

Project Sales Representative, you will be responsible for determining scopes of work and providing estimates to homeowners in their time of need. Our customer service team pre-screens, pre-qualifies, and sets up appointments with customers for our remote Sales Support Specialist with the help of our dispatch department. This position requires no cold calling but high sales techniques to complete the “one visit close” in-home appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide solutions with estimates (qualified leads provided for you so no cold calling needed)

• Be on-call to inspect storm damage seven days a week and be able to establish rapport with homeowners

• Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance with jobs

• Submit all paperwork to the insurance company and/or production in a timely manner

• Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers

• Obtain a signed exclusivity agreement with homeowners and process all documentation

• Survey and document storm damage and take photos to be included in the claim

Qualifications:

• Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems

• Basic Math knowledge.

• 3+ years of sales experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software

• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
