We are looking for a highly motivated and seasoned Sales Representative for our new division NORTHERN CALIFORNIA MOLD RESTORATION LLC. Our parent company is an established licensed residential construction company servicing Sonoma, Napa and Marin counties and our headquarters located in Rohnert Park. We offer competitive pay with potential bonuses. Our business works directly with property management firms, HOAs, Real-estate investors and homeowners to manage their overall project from start-to-finish so they can focus on managing the property itself. We offer a full line of services to our clients.

SALES REPRESENTATIVES RESPONSIBILITIES The goal of the Sales Representative is to drive revenue for our new start-up division. Duties will include supporting inside sales from advertising campaigns, identifying prospect leads (outside sales), following up with clients or potential leads, and developing or maintaining relationships with existing customers. Sales Representative may also recommend marketing strategies.

DUTIES

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Schedule and meet with clients onsite
• Knowledge of industry trends with ability to research
• Work with vendors/contractors/management as needed to build out quotes
• Generate Sales Quotes & Contracts digitally using existing forms
• Follow-up with clients via phone and email
• Work with Project Managers to coordinate scheduling and project requirements
• Provide billing schedule to Office Manager
• Close out job with client to ensure customer satisfaction
• Recommend marketing strategies and implement per approval of Management
• Generate Monthly sales reports to management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2-years of outside sales experience
• Experience with contracts or bid proposals
• Construction background is a plus
• Experience with water remediation and restoration services is a plus
• Experience with building materials is a plus
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints is a plus
• Intermediate computer skills needed
• Must be energetic and highly motivated to succeed
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
• Team player attitude
• Clean appearance to meet with clients and/or vendors onsite

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED
• Candidate must be eligible to work in the U.S. and provide 2 forms of ID (CA Driver's License & Social Security Card)
• Must have California Driver’s License
• Reimbursement for transportation will be provided by employer
• Must be able to speak English; bilingual is a plus
