Customer Service Associate We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team! This will be a position of many different jobs. It requires assisting customers, the salesmen, and the feed manager. This includes helping them check out, loading their vehicle, and answering basic questions about our products. We are company that supplies a variety of beans and feed products out of our retail location in Ault, Colorado. Full Time (40 hours a week Saturday Shift with weekday flexibility) Hourly Wage: $16 to $20 Physical Requirements: Ability to lift-up to 50 Lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height. Responsibilities: * Handle customer inquiries and complaints * Provide information about the products and services * Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns * Document and update customer records based on interactions * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ​ Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields * Ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience: * Must be familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel * Cash Handling * Good customer service skills * Data entry * Possess a professional attitude/conduct * Agriculture Background (Preferred)
