ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Peer Support Engagement Specialist will provide outreach and engagement services to ensure the Population of Focus is aware of the availability of mental health services and can gain access to those services.
LOCATION: 3002 GRAND AVE, WAUKEGAN, IL
HOURS: 37.5 HOURS A WEEK, MONDAY-FRIDAY (1:00PM-9:30PM)
FLSA STATUS: HOURLY

Required Skills Required Experience
Minimum of 3 years lead, supervisory, training or management experience • Exceptional attendance based upon past 12 months of employment (if applicable) • Flexibility with schedule to include coverage of last minutes changes: call-offs, tardiness/lateness and other demands that business may incur • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and juggle many tasks simultaneously. • A thorough understanding of meeting dynamics, including room set-ups, Audio Visual functions, food and beverage requirements, etc. • A good understanding of spatial relationships in the context of conference room capacities and functions. • Creativity, with an open mind to see things from a different angle, suggest alternative space solutions, etc. • Excellent telephone skills, combined with strong “listening” skills. • Familiarity with conference center property management/reservation systems. • Strong computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment. • Punctual, dependable and dedicated to achieving operational excellence, down to the smallest of details.
