    NORTHERN RIVERS HUMAN RESOURCE SCANNING CLERK - TEMPORARY ROLE - 5-6 MONTHS

    Northern RIvers is looking for a Per Diem HR Scanning Clerk. This position would be responsible for scanning documents into an electronic format.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    We are looking for a temporary part-time scanning clerk to assist the agency in completing the digitization of our remaining HR files. The tentative projected scope is expected to be six (6) months. This position will be responsible for scanning paper documents into a digital format. The primary duties of this position include ensuring HR related documents are legible by adjusting scanning equipment, using Acrobat Adobe to manipulate documents, and managing and storing these new files within our electronic records. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office setting, as well as strong technical skills. Additional qualifications include strong communication, time management, and experience with organizing electronic records. This position will be located at our Albany location (60 Academy Road) and will the selected individual will be required to report to the office daily.

    Previous office experience preferred

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

    High School Diploma is required
