Job Title: Director of Tennessee Operations

Location: Tennessee (Nashville area preferred)

Position Type: Full-time

Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000

NR Automotive, Inc. is a leading automotive repair company that owns and operates more than 20 repair shops throughout the Southeast United States. We are seeking a Director of Tennessee Operations to lead and oversee the operations of our automotive repair shops in Tennessee.

As Director of Tennessee Operations, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of NR Automotive's Tennessee auto repair shops, including financial performance, staffing, customer service, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, such as customer retention and acquisition, process improvement, cost reduction, marketing, and other revenue enhancement initiatives.

Hire, train, and manage the performance of all employees in the Tennessee region.

Set performance goals for each Tennessee auto repair shop and support the general manager of each shop in accomplishing those goals.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Collaborate with other team leaders to drive company-wide initiatives and achieve overall company objectives.

Requirements:

Significant automotive repair shop management and leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of automotive repair operations, including sales, marketing, financial management, customer service, customer retention, and customer acquisition (for both retail and fleet customers).

Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and effectiveness, including experience with process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement initiatives.

Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and suppliers.

Ability to travel throughout Tennessee as needed.
