    Job Title: Director of Business Development - Northern Rock Automotive Partners

    Location: Tennessee (Nashville preferred), with significant travel required throughout Tennessee and to nearby states including North Carolina, Kentucky, and Ohio

    Job Summary:

    Northern Rock Automotive Partners is seeking a highly motivated Director of Business Development to join our team. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and approaching auto repair shops that are potential acquisition targets throughout Tennessee, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Ohio. The Director of Business Development will also manage Northern Rock's relationships with shop owners from the initial meetings through the closings of the acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with owners of auto repair shops.Responsibilities:

    Identify auto repair shops as potential acquisition targets

    Approach owners of auto repair shops to discuss potentially selling their shop to Northern Rock

    Manage relationships with potential acquisition targets and serve as their point of contact with Northern Rock

    Negotiate deals with auto repair shop owners

    Work closely with shop owners to coordinate and manage the acquisition process from start to finish

    Requirements:

    Proven track record of successful business development or sales

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    Ability to negotiate deals and manage the acquisition process from start to finish

    Strong organizational and project management skills

    Willingness to travel regularly throughout Tennessee and nearby states including North Carolina, Kentucky, and Ohio

    Compensation:

    The compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $240,000, including a significant commission for each auto repair shop that is identified and closed upon.
