    Wenger Construction is looking for a skilled and motivated Siding Foreman to lead an installation crew for our Siding division in Northern Wisconsin. You'll operate as the on-site leader – coordinating crew schedules, reading blueprints, and communicating with the Project Manager to keep jobs on track. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of a job site and enjoys developing the skills of those around them.

    What You'll Do

    • - Lead daily installation work for a siding crew on commercial job sites
    • - Assign tasks, oversee workflow, and ensure crew productivity
    • - Install and inspect James Hardie (panel and lap siding), Nichiha, metal siding (single skin), composite wall panels (ACM), and Longboard/Knotwood systems
    • - Read blueprints and technical specifications to ensure accurate installation
    • - Train, mentor, and support the development of installers on the crew
    • - Maintain a clean and organized job site while enforcing safety protocols
    • - Communicate job progress, material needs, and issues to the Project Manager

    What You Need

    Required:

    • - 4+ years of siding installation experience
    • - Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
    • - Ability to lift, carry, and work at heights regularly
    • - Strong work ethic and reliability

    Desired:

    • - Prior crew lead or foreman experience
    • - Experience with James Hardie, Nichiha, metal siding, ACM, and Longboard/Knotwood systems
    • - Blueprint reading and technical specification experience
    • - Experience training or mentoring installers
