Immediate opportunities in our Richmond office for the right candidates! Come help us grow and have some fun at work. We are looking for two or three awesome telephone sales professionals to help us make outbound sales calls and follow up on leads we generate from our website and help us grow sales with current and past customers. Our main websites are NorthfieldManufacturing.com, CustomProcedureTrays.com and Norovirus.org. You will be responsible for calling on new and existing customers. In most cases you will be helping us set telephone appointments for our senior product engineers. You will earn commissions based on customer orders you secure. We are looking for experienced professional account executives. You will be building relationships with customers who are required to have our products by their local health departments. We will:

• provide you with ongoing product training so you quickly become an expert
• supply you with access to a web-based CRM system for customer management
• motivate you with an uncapped commission plan on top of your base

We are a Norfolk-based manufacturer of infection control products for foodservice, schools, transportation and other organizations with an office and manufacturing facility in Richmond. We are a successful and established business that sells directly to business customers across the country and through large national distributors. Your resume should reflect your experience selling to customers over the telephone. We are looking specifically for candidates who have made outbound calls to prospects. Perfect experience would be a prior job selling advertising, insurance, vacation packages, revenue retention or even debt recovery. Successful candidates will have sales experience calling on business customers, excellent verbal communication skills and comfortable in a fast paced environment. Healthcare experience is a plus.
