Responsibilities: • Oversee the maintenance activities for all facilities and yards at Northland Companies in Longville, MN. • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for employees. • Manage inventory levels and order necessary supplies to support daily operations effectively. • Provide guidance and training to a team of employees under your supervision. • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations at the fabrication facility and landscape yard. • Collaborate with employees regularly to meet production goals and ensure operational efficiency. • Become proficient with all equipment and actively work alongside production employees in the shop. Qualifications: • Experience in facilities/yard or related field. • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with forklift operation and certification. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Mechanical Experience.
