NGFCU is currently seeking a Branch Supervisor who will be responsible for providing leadership at NGFCU’s branch in Promontory Point, UT. The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for leading, directing, organizing and overseeing the branch's operations, member service and sales activities under the direction and planning of the Branch Manager.
With a committed focus on delivering high quality member service, the Branch Supervisor must bring strong leadership and the ability to develop and implement successful strategies to further grow branch service and sales levels. The preferred candidate will be an innovative leader with the capability of improving processes and staff performance to enhance member service.
This position is a member of the Management Team and requires a results oriented leader who works well in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills with a level of comfort speaking to front-line staff, as well as all levels of Credit Union management. Proven problem-solving and analytic capabilities in a credit union environment are essential.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and experienced leader with prior supervisory experience within the financial services industry. Our preferred candidate will have prior experience in credit union branch operations and procedures, and consumer lending with a proven track record of success in developing, motivating and supporting staff.
This position requires qualified candidate to have a minimum of 3 years of previous supervisory experience, preferably with a CU/bank, and the ability to resolve non-routine member inquiries. The successful candidate will have exemplary communication and organizational skills, and at a minimum possess intermediate level computer skills.
Qualified candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED, however, a bachelor's degree is preferred.
