We're looking for a part-time Groundskeeper to help keep three properties looking good!

We'll need your help just 2-4 days per month and possibly more if there are special projects happening. (This work would be great for someone who's just looking for some extra spending money)

One of the properties is in Greer, and the other two are in Greenville.

Here Are The Main Job Duties...

Spray for weeds (and / or pull weeds occasionally) during warmer months

Operate weed trimmer and push mower during warmer months

Use leaf blower to keep concrete / pavement looking clean

Operate pressure washer to keep concrete and side of building clean

Install fresh pine straw once to twice per year

Handle occasional special projects depending on your skills and abilities (painting / deck sealing, handy work)

We'll provide all tools and materials needed for the work.

The part-time Groundskeeper is an important position because this person helps keep the exterior of our properties looking clean and presentable, which makes an impact on our customer's perception of us and our businesses.

The hours will be heavier during the spring, summer and fall, and reduced during the winter months.
