The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for efficiently operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce quality products in a safe manner. We are Innovators And Market Disrupters We Believe In Taking Risks And Inspiring Minds We Believe in Personal Leadership And Product Excellence Our mission and purpose are: To Design, Engineer, And Manufacture Advanced Composite Building Systems Responsibilities: • Operating a variety of machines, including CNC Machines, to produce products according to production specifications • Ability to read shop drawings • Ability to do simple math calculations, understand fractions, and perform tape measurements • Monitoring and maintaining production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations and high-quality standards • Troubleshooting production issues and making mechanical adjustments to restore machines to optimal operation • Completing routine preventative maintenance on the machines, including lubrication and cleaning • Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment at all times Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operation of manufacturing machinery • Ability to read, interpret, and understand blueprints • Ability to understand instructions and execute them • Knowledge of the principles of CNC operation • US Work Authorization • Detail-Oriented Skills (Determined by an Assessment) • This would be for 1st shift, but flexible to work overtime or change schedules if needed in the future Compensation: $18 - $26 yearly
