Responsibilities: • Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and all real estate transactions • Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage • Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage • Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage’s high standards • Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales • Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team Qualifications: • Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance • 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent • Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team • Unparallelled communication and customer service skills Compensation: $60,000 yearly
