No Experience Necessary!  PAID TRAINING through our training program!  You must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record (NO reckless or aggressive driving such as 15+MPH over the speed limit ).

DELIVERY DRIVER ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to pass a drug screen.
• Able to pass a background check and E-Verify.
• Able to pass a road test in a FedEx delivery truck.
• Be comfortable using electronic handheld devices.
• Must complete an online defensive driving course.

WHAT WE OFFER: 

• Starting pay is $17/hr with potential to earn up to $25/hr.

• Delivery routes located in the best areas of the City of Chicago and suburbs.
• Average shifts 10-12 hours long, approximately 45-55 hours a week.  A typical start time is 7:30 am and the typical end of shift is 6:30 pm (may vary depending on delivery needs and location).  Shifts are available 7 days a week. 
• Full time or Part time

DELIVERY DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:

90% of your day will be driving & delivering with the remaining 10% starting & finishing at the warehouse.  FedEx Ground Delivery is a physical job so you must be able to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis and maneuver packages up to 150 pounds with a handcart.  Must be able to climb up/down stairs while carrying items.  

Weekday and Weekend flexibility is required.
