Founded in 2015, Northwest Florida ENT is a boutique Ear, Nose and Throat private practice in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

Dr. Jason Boole has a passion for treating patients with vertigo and balance disorders. He has joined with Fyzical to create a Balance and Vertigo Diagnostic and Treatment Center in the same building that houses ENT, Allergy, Sleep Medicine and Audiology. The practice is currently completing a state of the art 11,700 square foot facility with 2,000 square feet dedicated to the Balance and Vertigo Center. This facility features an overhead track system, a Videonystagmography Computer, a Bertec Computerized Virtual Reality Dynamic Posturography device and top of the line physical therapy equipment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapy Assistant in a greatly underserved field. This opportunity has great growth potential. Vestibular Rehabilitation experience is not required. All training to be supplied by Dr. Boole and Fyzical.
