We seek the services of a clerical assistant to perform a variety of general clerical and office support duties. We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and very organized individual to help perform a variety of clerical tasks across the organization. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as a positive attitude and strong work ethic. We are looking for somebody who pays attention to detail. Typical Duties - Sorts, files and maintains alphabetical, numerical, and subject filing systems. - Types forms and other copy material. - Checks and compares data for accuracy and completeness. - Gathers specified information and compiles routine reports. - May enter data into the computer system. - Performs related job duties as required. Qualifications - Extremely detailed oriented and organized - Experience and proficiency in Excel and Word and Outlook - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively - Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills - Self-starter and team player
