Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated, highly motivated Call Center Representative for a busy medical practice located in Lake Barrington, IL.

We are a neurology practice with 17 physicians and 7 office locations. As a Call Center Representative you will be responsible for handling a large volume of outgoing and incoming calls to serve our patients with high level of customer service.

Must have medical office experience and EMR.
