Our orthodontic practice is committed to providing the best customer service our patients are ever going to experience anywhere. And we've assembled a highly-skilled, hard-working, and insanely charming bunch of badasses that make that happen every single day.

We are growing and looking for just the right person to be our next orthodontic clinical assistant. Our clinical assistants work one-on-one with our patients and are working directly in their mouths. To be successful, they must be comfortable working directly with the doctor, patient, and patient's family. Sound easy? Well, it isn't.

HERE'S THE KIND OF PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Outgoing, positive, and social person with a genuine love for helping others
• Someone who can simultaneously stay on schedule and gently perform complex procedures
• The ability to do the above while simultaneously making the patient feel comfortable, valued, and at ease (think high-end food service, with your gloved hands in someone's mouth. I know, weirdest. meal. ever.)
• Someone who shares the passion, vision, and core values of our practice
• Hard-working self-starter that doesn't need to be micro-managed (Yup, that's a record-setting number of hyphenated words in a sentence)
• Receptive to constantly learning new skills and adapting in a technologically advanced environment
• Must be able to work in both our Fayetteville and Centerton offices
• No-drama llama! No, for real.

HERE'S WHAT ISN'T REQUIRED:

• Dental or orthodontic experience - Although there are times when this is helpful, there are just as many times that it isn't.
• BA, BS, MS, or PhD - We are looking for the right person, regardless what combination of letters might come after your name.
