Northwest Pump is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our high-volume AP department in NW Portland, OR.

This role is primarily responsible for processing invoices with speed and accuracy and will also assist the team with other AP functions. This is a perfect position for someone who is looking for a long-term position at a great company, who enjoys working on a team and who has excellent customer service skills.

What are we are looking for?

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Additional background in Accounting, GL, or other related work history or education preferred
• Experience in the distribution industry a plus
  
• Strong Excel skills, 10-key competency
• Excellent data-entry and math skills
• Works well under pressure
• Attention to detail; organized
• Positive attitude; always ready for a new challenge
