As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll help improve the lives of Veterans, active-duty military personnel, and underserved communities through advanced hearing technology. This is more than a sales role; it is about building meaningful relationships and delivering impactful care where it is needed most.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Grow market share by managing and expanding accounts in your territory
    • Develop consultative sales strategies and track progress through Salesforce
    • Deliver hands-on audiology product support, including fittings and in-office training
    • Collaborate with clinical and sales teams to deliver quarterly business reviews
    • Represent my client at regional training events and national symposiums

     

    About You

    • Be able to do the job as described
    • Hold an AuD, MS in Audiology, or be a licensed hearing instrument specialist
    • Proficient in hearing aid programming tools and audiological diagnostic equipment
    • Comfortable with Salesforce, PowerBI, and virtual platforms
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
