Job Description

This position is casual/per diem/as needed. It is a non-benefited position. No call, weekends, or holidays. Flexible, daytime hours only.

The Rad Tech RMG reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

_ Responsibilities:_

• Performs radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Functions as the first line interface with patients/customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs.

Qualifications

_ Required:_

• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Graduate from an approved school of Radiology Technology, either college affiliated for hospital trained
• American Registry of Registered Technologist (ARRT) within 3 months of hire
• BLS
• New graduates need Certificate of Completion from the college

_ Preferred:_

• Experience as a technologist
• Bachelor's degree
