The SUMMER PROGRAM COORDINATOR reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine® Scholars Program (hereafter referred to as NM Scholars), a partnership between Northwestern Medicine® and George Westinghouse College Prep High School. NM Scholars offers a Summer Intensive Program led by two Summer Program Coordinators who are largely responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Scholars. It is most likely that the program will be offered virtually this summer. The Coordinators work closely with the Summer Intensive Chair, Northwestern Memorial Healthcare System Advisor, Community Affairs Director and Program Manager, Research/Evaluation Advisor. The Coordinators will work as part of a team as well as demonstrate superior organization skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and attention to detail and be highly flexible and adaptable. Tenure of position: 8 weeks June 16th - August 6th – mostly virtual
Pay: Commensurate with experience
