    Job Description

    Manager, Analytics for Chicago, IL location. Direct and monitor standardization of analytics, data management & reporting procedures for human resources in healthcare, including reporting request intake and prioritization. Collect specifications and translate to technical requirements. Lead team responsible for reporting & data extraction for Human Resources from Enterprise Data Warehouse, including setting timelines, prioritizing tasks and delivering to internal customer. Define data extracts and operational procedures for abstraction and visualization of data from data assets. Liaise with source systems owners to facilitate data loads to EDW and data/metrics definitions. Advance the automation of data delivery to groups internal and external. Use descriptive and inferential statistics to analyze data sets to detect trends and issues in order to mobilize teams and planning toward resolution. Anticipate future demands and set key data initiatives. Develop and execute plans, policies, programs, and practices that improves processes to enhance the delivery and integrity of information. Produce organizational scorecards and dashboards with data definitions of the metrics reported for management and physician leadership.  Assists director in managing special projects regarding the compilation and analyzing of data. Technology: SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Tableau, PeopleSoft HCM, Recruit, Taleo, Python, R, Visual Studio, ETL

    REQUIRED SKILLS:         

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or in data analytics required. Required Skills: 3 years with: data management, reporting, analytics; ETL; data visualization; SQL Server; SSRS; SSIS; descriptive and inferential statistics. Experience must include: analytics in healthcare; HR analytics w/ PeopleSoft; Recruit; Tableau; SSAS; project management; process improvement. Background check and drug test required.
