Mark Pancratz, Managing Director:

Time with NM: 11 years.

Prior Experience: Former UT Basketball Coach.

Outside of Work: Dedicated basketball coach for his daughters' teams, actively involved in his local church and small group. Hosts radio shows on sports topics, emphasizing coaching and motivation.

Emily Jenkins, RICP Financial Advisor:

Time with NM: 5 years as an advisor, 5 years prior as an associate.

Prior Experience: 10 years as an Outdoor Advertising Account Executive

Outside of Work: Values family highly, Co-founded Women Building Wealth to help educate women on investing and all things financial, enjoys being outdoors and reading.

Jim LaPinska, Managing Director:

Time with NM: 15 years.

Prior Experience: Played college football at Maryville College, NM ever since.

Outside of Work: Active in community, pickleball player in local men’s league, passionate about skiing, and enjoys travel. Enjoys problem-solving and helping others in the community.

Position Responsibilities:

Educate clients on life insurance options.

Customize insurance plans based on individual needs.

Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.

Collaborate with a local supportive team.

Position Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.

Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain).

Position Benefits:
