Santé of Surprise is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).

The Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) is responsible for providing each of his/her assigned guest with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the guest's assessment and care plan.

The Perfect Candidate:

• Check each guest routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes and the care plan.
• Review care plans daily to determine if changes in the guest’s daily care routine have been made on the care plan.
• Ensure that guests’ rooms are ready for receiving and make guests comfortable.
• Assist guests during admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Assist guests with any necessary daily hygiene activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• CNA license certification through the Arizona State Board of Nursing, prior to hiring.
• Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred.
• Recent Long-Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility or Transitional Rehab experience) LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.
• Must have a current CPR and fingerprint clearance card.
