Sante of Chandler is hiring for the positions of Certified Nursing Assistant!
We are looking for dedicated and caring, professionals to join our growing team! We have openings for all shifts, and for both full and part time!
Essential job duties:
- Check each guest routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes and the care plan.
- Review care plans daily to determine if changes in the guest’s daily care routine have been made on the care plan.
- Ensure that guests’ rooms are ready for receiving and make guests comfortable.
- Assist guests during admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Assist guests with any necessary daily hygiene activities.
- Other duties as assigned
Must-Have Qualifications:
- CNA license certification through the Arizona State Board of Nursing, prior to hiring.
- Must have a current CPR and fingerprint clearance card.
- Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred.
- Recent Long-Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility or Transitional Rehab experience) LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.
