The position of Mortgage Loan Signing Agent is responsible for the processing of a consumer real property loans from beginning to funding. Call our recruiting department today at 844-808-9168.

Responsibilities

Outbound phone calls to clients to confirm all appointment times

Preparing clients over the phone for the signing event

Meeting all signing schedules and verifying the accuracy of each assignment

Printing and preparing the loan document package for signing

Entering accurate information web-based applications and verifying the information to be correct, upon the completion of each signing event

Accurately and efficiently process completed loan documents through the pre-funding stage

Complete any and all re-signs applicable to any errors made during the signing process

Return the completed (signed and Notarized) loan document package back to the lender
