Earn a fulltime salary working part-time hours. We are currently seeking the best attorneys, paralegals, realtors, and mortgage industry professionals to facilitate the signing and notarization of mortgage loan documents, to conduct witness only signings, and debt consolidation contract signings. Lenders and title companies are seeking perfectionists, with the ability to pay attention to all the details, dress for success, have a reliable, insured vehicle, and be able to complete appointments timely, and accurately.

Appointments start at $85 and go as high as $150+, depending on the loan type, witness only signing, debt consolidation contract signing, etc.

You will need to meet certain requirements before you can receive any considerations. You will need to be a commissioned notary in the state in which you plan to conduct your signings and we can assist you with that if you are not yet commissioned, or if you need to renew. You must have a background screening conducted within the past 30 days or 30 days prior to accepting your first appointment. You must carry a minimum of $25,000 in Errors and Omissions Insurance prior to accepting your first appointment. And you must have experience or be certified as a Loan Document Signing Agent. All appointments are conducted at the client's location. Locations are chosen by the client and cannot be changed without prior approval from Vendor Management. Changing or attempting to change any variable of an appointment will cause the agent to lose their contract. Clients pay for the privilege of setting the appointment times and locations.
