Training & development

We are looking for people to help support these our off-site vendors where we sell our cakes. Example of events include HarborFest in Towne Point Park, pop-up events at the Norfolk NEX and selling cakes at the Norfolk Tides baseball games.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Transporting cake to and from the event (using company vehicle)
• Setting up and taking down event
• Working at the event (includes making sales as well as talking to people about our brand)
• Events typically require at 1-3 people, depending on the size and duration of the event.
• Opportunities for additional shifts in-store if desired

Included in our events, we will be partnering with the Norfolk Tides for the 2024 season as a vendor. Season starts March 29th through September 22nd with 50-75 events planned over the season.

We’re keeping it casual. T-shirts and sneakers are where it’s at!
