The NbC Marketing Manager collaborates with the Store Manager and team to create and implement strategies that drive sales and profitability. During busy times, like holidays, you provide excellent service to guests at the bakery, assisting with purchases, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction. You also reach out to organizations and the community to promote NbC's three bakery locations. Responsibilities include customer service, outreach, strategy development, store visits, and staff collaboration to enhance brand visibility and customer experience. Additionally, you manage events and campaigns, train teams, and ensure marketing materials align with NbC standards and reflect our uniqueness as an independent store. As the Marketing Manager, you embody NbC core values and cultivate a joyful culture within the bakery and community, fostering commitment to our guests and the NBC brand.
Accountabilities/Duties:
Manage, create, and maintain marketing and advertising collateral.
Actively participate in community outreach, build partnerships with organizations, and manage bakery donations
Partners with and supports the Bakery Manager in enhancing all aspects of the guest experience to nurture relationship loyalty, communication both internal and external, brand and merchandise presentation to support growth of brand awareness.
Ensures NbC brand standards are upheld with internal and external events, branding, marketing, and communications.
Manage and facilitate daily marketing efforts for B2B and territory residential markets.
Manage, create, and maintain monthly/yearly marketing plan.
Pro-active and ongoing local market research and business development including researching new community partnership opportunities.
Marketing strategy execution in the local community by helping to coordinate and participating in special, brand-building events.
Build and grow our presence for weddings including wedding Marketing to venues and bridal shows.
Creating Fundraising marketing to schools and other organizations
Attending events and active involvement with the local chambers
