Full-time or part-time available The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Delivery Driver/Dishwasher/Utility Employee is responsible for providing our guests a genuine NbC experience by delivering orders accurately and on-time plays an essential role in ensuring a smooth, efficient and guest-ready operation by meeting high-volume dishwashing demands and maintaining a clean, sanitized bakery. This position will organize orders, check orders for accuracy, load, and deliver following a specific route. It serves in an essential role to engage and bring joy to our guests, create a memorable experience, leave a positive, lasting impression, and deliver a product with the highest quality of standards. The Delivery Driver/Dishwasher Employee embodies NbC core values and demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence and efficiency in the workplace.

Accountabilities/Duties:

Loading, transporting, and delivering items to guests or businesses in a safe, timely manner with a friendly attitude.

Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, and guest is satisfied.

Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

Keep vehicle and workspace organized, clean and tidy.

Complies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.

Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Maintain a strong knowledge of Nbc products and promotions.

Market cake in our territory to the local community

Washes, rinses and sanitizes all baking pans, dishes, utensils and other tools in a thorough and timely manner and adheres to all NbC standards.

Uses equipment provided to assist in properly cleaning dishes and tools.

Monitors sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Gathers and removes garbage, and performs routine cleaning of floors, drains, sinks, and shelves.

Cleans, sanitizes, restocks workstation, and ensures all cleaning supplies are sufficiently prepared

Is diligent, organized, and self-motivated.

Is able to understand written and oral directions, interpret instructional documents such as operating procedures and health and safety rules, and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities.

Skilled and confident driver.

Comfortable maneuvering and parking a vehicle.

Alert, focused, and detail-oriented with an innate sense of direction.

Proficient in using GPS and other routing systems.

Has the ability to perform repetitious, physical tasks that require the strength to lift items of moderate to heavy weight (as much as 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time.

Is diligent, organized and self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision to complete tasks to time standards.

Education, Certifications, and Work Experience Requirements:

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

Valid driver’s license required.

Clean driving record with no moving violations.

Previous delivery driver experience required

Work Availability:

Morning and early afternoon availability preferred

Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor).
