This position will primarily be based on the HR tasks below and based in Metro Detroit. This position is hybrid allowing work from home 70% of the time. However, during our peak holiday weeks all employees are required to work in-bakery in the various roles of Guest Service Representative, Crafter, Froster, Bake Assist and/or Utility as needed in order to provide the bakery(ies) with the maximum amount or resources available. This position manages duties for multiple locations in metro Detroit. There is opportunity for growth in the organization as we open additional locations across metro Detroit.
The responsibilities of Human Resources Manager include:
· Recruitment and staffing
· Write SOP’s and implementing at each bakery location.
· Support each bakery location with onboarding new hires and with transitioning onboarding process to a digital format.
· Be available to all bakery locations for support with difficult conversations with team members.
· Training support for new hires

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:
HR certification and or degree.
1-3 years business experience.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.
