TITLE: Brand Ambassador

LOCATION: Grand Junction, Colorado

REPORTS TO: Owners

SUPERVISES: 0 Bakery Team Members

Position Summary:

The Nothing Bundt Cakes Brand Ambassador has a key role in the success of the bakery marketing team. This position reports directly to the bakery franchise owners and is primarily responsible for reaching new guests and corporate partnerships through face-to-face marketing. The brand Ambassador is out of the bakery and in the field. Their primary job is to effectively introduce Nothing Bundt Cakes and strategize with clients about their gifting, fundraising and event needs. They will establish marketing routes, meetings & follow-ups. The Brand Ambassador exemplifies NbC core values and serves as the face of the bakery in the field.

Duties/Skills:

· Assist in creating and developing a bakery field marketing plan with the utilization of free cake sampling and company marketing items.

· Identifies, contacts and develops business partnerships. Promoting our cakes for meetings, events, employee gifting and customer gifting. Strategizing the needs of the business guest and how we can solve those needs.

· Identifies, contacts and develops fundraiser partnerships. Including Non-Profits, Sports groups, Schools and many more.

· Drives brand awareness and guest traffic to our bakery through free cake samples.

· Likes people, has fun and is energized by a fast-paced work environment.

· Ability to work independently and follow company directions.

· Great communication skills. Must be a great listener. Efficient and effective written and e-mail communication. Ability to genuinely engage when speaking live via phone or in person.

· Is highly organized and resourceful, can balance multiple priorities and demonstrates strong follow-up skills.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.

· 1-3 years of Sales/Marketing in the retail, hospitality or foodservice industries.

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Onedrive and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.

Work Availability: 8:00AM – 3:00 PM Monday thru Friday. 32-40 hours per week. Occasional after business hours & weekend events. Schedule is slightly flexible.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor).
