We are growing our team! We are looking to add a Bakery Manager to work with our BOH Manager and Marketing Manager. Our bakery has around 15 employees that bake, frost and craft all our cakes!

As the Bakery Manager at Nothing Bundt Cakes, you get to be the cake celebrity in your community. You’ll lead a team that makes cakes that delight our guests. You’ll create a fun and engaging atmosphere and leverage a successful and growing brand that everyone loves. Thanks to you, the bakery runs smoothly, and our guests will find joy in every bite.

Your main responsibilities include: The overall operations of bakery. Coordination with BOH Manager and Marketing Manager. Ensure all NbC Brand Standards. Health and Safety Standards are maintained. Equipment and Facility are clean and operational. Ordering ingredients and supplies while maintaining KPIs. Scheduling and labor management. All HR including hiring, disciplinary action and training. Financial reporting.
