Day 1- Day 3 new employee on-boarding & training

Manage & maintain franchise required trainings as necessary

Manage and maintain all training documentation and HR policies

TOAST HR on-boarding: including Payroll and Scheduling

Manage and maintain all employee file documentation for all the Sweet Cakes LLC locations in accordance with the State of Minnesota Labor Laws and Health Code requirements

Manage & maintain updates in software applications and systems

30, 60, 90 day review in collaboration with bakery operator

Facilitate employee hiring, promotions, demotions, terminations, etc with bakery operator/owner

Manage & facilitate Payroll

Create, maintain, and execute Sweet Cakes LLC culture

company celebrations, employee celebrations

Compensation Package Overview

Starting Annual Salary $55,000

Compensation Package:

PTO eligible

Medical, dental and vision eligibility (after 90 days of employment)

401k eligibility (after 1 year of employment)

Phone allowance eligibility

Hours of Work: The Manager position is a full-time position and operates within the normal business hours of Nothing Bundt Cakes and might also requires work outside of such normal business hours, as the job duties demand. The salaried position requires a minimum of 42 hours worked per week during non-holiday weeks and all months excluding November and December. Any week leading up to and including holidays require a minimum of 55 hours per week in-bakery at any location in need of additional support. Work on Saturdays is required when necessary, primarily during holiday weeks.

There are plans to incorporate additional bakeries to our portfolio in the future. With each new bakery there is an opportunity for additional compensation if the scope of work extends to these additional locations.
