What You’ll Do:

Lead and support the team during your shift, keeping energy high and operations running smoothly

Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a friendly, upbeat atmosphere

Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily reports

Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bakery

Train and coach team members to ensure consistency and quality

Jump in wherever needed—from helping guests at the counter to keeping the bakery display looking perfect

What We’re Looking For:

Positive, outgoing personality with strong leadership skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, responsible, and ready to take initiative

Previous retail, food service, or leadership experience is a plus (but not required)
