Regional Support Manager
Position Summary:
The Nothing Bundt Cakes Regional Support Manager embodies and fosters all aspects of the Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) culture and core values. The Regional Support Manager is the liaison between Nothing Bundt Cake Owner/Operators and the support teams. They ensure that Nothing Bundt Cakes operating principles are followed within the bakeries while building and maintaining cross functional relationships with the multiple bakeries within the geographic areas they serve and the Support Team to create solutions and strategize for the future. The key role of the Regional Support Manager is to assist owners in maximizing their profitability while building their commitment to the values of the NbC brand and franchise system.
Accountabilities/Duties:
Offers training, development, ongoing feedback and coaching support in all aspects of bakery operations.
Participates and executes all required processes for successful new bakery openings.
Communicates and reinforces compliance to all NbC brand standards and policies.
Translates NbC financial benchmarks to the Nothing Bundt Cake operators while creating and executing strategies to maximize sales and control expenses to NbC Owners/Operators.
Makes recommendations regarding growth readiness.
Assists in marketing plan execution with all Nothing Bundt Cake operators while ensuring marketing strategies support 10,000 mouths and overall growth and profitability.
An effective liaison between NbC support team and bakery owners while building trust and support for NbC policies and brand standards.
Provides owner/operators with guidance and collaboration to improve the efficiency of their daily operations.
Organizes and conducts regional meetings that constructively engages owners with value-added content while improving attendance through effective marketing and communication.

Education/Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 year’s work experience in multi-store management role
Associates, BA/BS degree a plus

Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor). All inquiries about employment should be directed to the franchise owner/operator and not to Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate. Each franchise owner/operator is responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state and federal law.
