    Position Summary:The Development Services Manager will be responsible for scheduling and driving the initial phase call process with new Bakery Owners. The position serves as a Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) supporting resource to lead and assist Bakery Owners through the multi-phase process. The role shares and disseminates information to Bakery Owners on best practices and collaborates with them to stay on path during the build out phase. This is a core role at the heart of the Support Team as it is one of the first links to the system of becoming an owner and working through our processes.

    Along with assisting Bakery Owners through the phase process, this position includes a range of diverse responsibilities. The role is a critical link with first communication for the timelines and updates to the proper inter-company department leads. The role also involves monitoring the signage process for Bakeries, collecting and analyzing data to provide actionable next steps, and helping to update and maintain information in our intranet, internal shared drives and Bakery database. The ability to prioritize, and shift between many changing tasks is criticalAccountabilities/Duties:

    Lead, manage, and schedule the entire phase call process with Bakery Owners from the initial introduction until handoff at the end of the opening process

    Communicate with Bakery Owners to effectively deliver the brand expectations and policies

    Guide Bakery Owners through the use of FranConnect Opener

    Provide detailed support to all new bakeries during the beginning/build out phase

    Collect pre-opening photos

    Collect and manage job cost spreadsheet for new Bakeries

    Manage a line of communication with vendors

    Develop and maintain relationships with existing/new Bakery Owners

    Manage parts of the NbC signage program

    Make data-driven recommendations and analyses to move the team and product forward and achieve company goals for sales and profits

    Education/Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

    BA/BS and equivalent working experience

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    Experience working with franchise business model and support systems

    An analytical approach, used in a wide range of responsibilities, from identifying red flag issues early on to sharing areas of concern across departments to recognizing and implementing efficiencies in processes

    Signage or construction background is helpful

    Ability to lead, communicate, collaborate, and influence cross-functionally
